In 2005, he was Knighted for his Services to Business and Charity and became Sir Digby Jones in the Queen’s New Year’s Honours List. In 2007, Digby was appointed Minister of State for UK Trade & Investment and became a Life Peer taking the title, Digby, Lord Jones of Birmingham Kb. He is currently on the Board of P20, an international payments initiative and conference series bringing together business, fintech, regulatory and governmental leaders from the US and the UK.
