Jonathan co-founded WorldFirst from a basement flat in South London in January 2004. His experiences at Citibank and RBS had shown that big businesses were able to access cheaper FX rates, a wider range of products and better customer service than smaller businesses and private clients and Jonathan was inspired to level the playing field. WorldFirst now has over 600 people across 7 global offices from Amsterdam to Sydney and has transferred more than £65bn for over 150,000 clients. In 2017, WorldFirst launched the World Account, a new multi-currency account created to make international banking easier, cheaper and faster.
