Paula is a Managing Director at Accenture responsible for leading strategic and transformational initiatives at one of Accenture’s principal and global financial clients. Prior to this role, Paula was the Capital Markets Lead in North America at Accenture. She was responsible for the overall strategy and the sales and delivery of Accenture services to investment banks, wealth &, asset managers and exchanges across Strategy, Consulting, Digital, Technology, and Operations. In the course of her twenty-five year career, she has consulted with many of Accenture’s Banking and Capital Markets clients, including leading global banks and several US regional banks. These initiatives included strategy development, large scale system selection and implementation, post-merger integration, finance and risk management, back office operations, and overall account management. In addition to client work, Paula actively participates in the community. She serves on the Board of Directors for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (NMSS) and Fintech71. She also volunteers with and supports NPower, Junior Achievement, and Girls on the Run.
