Joe  Carella  is  recognized  as  a  leading  thinker  in  the  field  of  corporate  strategy  and  talent  management  for  competitive  advantage.  He  has  over  20  years  of  experience  in  helping  executives  and  corporations  in  strategy  formulation  and  execution,  inclusive  workplaces  and  talent  development.  Joe’s  specialty  is  “competition  through  inclusion”.  He  believes  that  truly  competitive  organizations  build  on  diversity  of  thought  to  drive  sustainable  competitive  advantage.  His  forthcoming  book  “Thought  scarcity  –  competition  in  the  21st  Century”  offers  an  insight  into  the  future  battles  for  talent  and  market  dominance.  His  articles  and  thought  leadership  on  contemporary  business  matters  have  been  covered  by  Forbes,  the  Wall  Street  Journal,  Tech  Republic,  NBC,  Biz  Ed  to  name  a  few.  Joe  has  been  a  contributor  to  the  Harvard  Business  Review  focusing  on  the  challenges  of  leadership  in  the  21st  Century.  His  academic  and  research  engagements  have  seen  him  work  with  a  variety  of  corporate  clients  including  Microsoft,  Hershey's,  Chevron,  Fender  Musical  Instruments  Corporation,  Intel  and  Raytheon.  He  is  also  responsible  for  designing,  developing  and  delivering  successful  executive  education  programs  for  global  corporations.  Joe  has  also  been  keynote  speaker  on  the  state  of  the  industry  at  the  annual  congress  of  the  FITCE  –  the  Forum  of  European  Technology  Professionals,  the  Society  for  the  Plastics  Industry,  the  Association  for  Talent  Development  and  Disrupt  HR.
