Senior Product Manager, Global Wholesale Payments
Matt Loos is the Senior Product Manager for Global Wholesale Payments in Treasury Services. He is the business lead for the product build out of innovative client payment solutions and constructing a stable payment infrastructure to meet the demands of the changing global payment landscape. Matt has extensive knowledge in global payments and has held various roles managing global payment products. Matt has experience in managing a business and driving product strategy, development, deployment and performance of the high-value payment services and payment-related FX services. He has expertise in P&L management, client relations, relationship analysis, sales and revenue growth, product strategy, data analysis, technology prioritization, compliance and regulation. Matt is actively engaged in the industry and a frequent speaker at client events, conferences, and industry events. Matt has presented on many panels at industry events including the Bankers' Association for Finance Trade (BAFT)/ International Financial Services Association (IFSA), European Banking Association (EBA), SWIFT, and the Clearing house. Matt is active in industry organizations. For the BAFT/IFSA, he chaired the Product Management Committee, a special task force on Financial Action Task Force (FATF) Recommendation VII, and was actively engaged on the Product Management Committee and special task force for Dodd-Frank 1073. He also served on the Payments and Compensation Committee, the Treasury Operations Committee and the Planning Committee for IFSA’s Annual Payments Conference. Mr. Loos also served on the Clearing House Interbank Payments Systems (CHIPS) Product Management Committee, was active on the CHIPS Business Committee, and served on the EBA as the shareholder representative for J.P. Morgan. Matt recently represented J.P. Morgan as CHAPS board member and on the UK SWIFT board.
